Within the framework of the second edition of the Climate Action in Educational Centres project being carried out by the Spanish Network of Cities for Climate, the Conference for the exchange of experiences in the adaptation of educational centres to climate change was held.

The aim of this event was to learn first-hand about actions developed by Local Entities of the Network in their educational centres for the improvement of habitability conditions and their adaptation to climate change, using public funds from different sources.

Among the entities participating in this day, the Provincial Council of Badajoz, a partner entity of the LIFE-myBUILDINGisGREEN project, was invited to present the construction project of the Nature-based Solutions implemented in the Gabriela Mistral public school from Solana de los Barros.

A total of 82 people participated in the event, of which 70 were technical profiles related to NBS implementation and 12 political profiles, mainly representatives of local entities.
