The construction works of the third pilot building of the LIFE-myBUILDINGisGREEN project, located in the city of Évora (Portugal), are about to start. The coordination of these works for the implementation of Nature-Nased Solutions (NBS) is carried out by the Intermunicipal Community of Central Alentejo (CIMAC).
In order to ensure the correct execution of the construction works, technical staff from this organisation visited the facilities of the Gabriela Mistral school on June 5, which is the first pilot building of the LIFE-myBUILDINGisGREEN project, whose NBS were implemented in 2021. In this visit there has been an exchange of experiences and lessons learned to be taken into account during the implementation of the NBS in the school of Évora.

In addition, on June 6, CIMAC visited the city of Alicante with CARTIF, another partner of the LIFE-myBUILDINGisGREEN project. During this visit, many questions related to the maintenance of the NBS once they are built were solved. It was possible to explore various NBS that have been implemented throughout the city to see the maintenance work carried out on them.
